Drawing on the excitement, energy and fresh tastes of Italy, the menu has been designed to deliver a selection of Italian favourites, but which pack a New York style punch. Simple. yet delicious, the dishes that Barry and the team have designed are brought to life by a brand new Gozney Wood Fire Oven - so you can see your meals being prepared right in front of you behind a buzzy and dynamic kitchen.
